Which GBP banknotes are being withdrawn from circulation?

From 1 october 2022 all GBP 20 and 50 pound paper banknotes will be withdrawn from circulation. 🙁 For this reason, starting with 1 September 2022, you will no longer be able to perform banking operations with these when you come to us (deposit, withdrawal, currency exchange).

If you still have these banknotes at home you can deposit them in the account until the deadline or exchange them for lei or other currencies. 😊
