I am trying to use the Direct card and I can't. What should I do?
Well, there can be several reasons 🧐:
➤ Have you requested the card activation?
If you did not activate it upon receipt, call the number ALO BT Direct 021.308.4000, press key 0 and key 1 and the card will be activated within 30 minutes.
For use, please perform a balance inquiry at a BT ATM or a purchase in a store, by inserting the card into the POS.
➤ Do you have the correct PIN code?
If you no longer have the SMS with the PIN code, call ALO BT Direct 📞: 021.308.4000 and our colleagues will help you as soon as possible.
➤ Have you paid at least the minimum payment amount from the previous statement?
If you missed, go as soon as possible and pay at least the minimum payment. Within 3 days maximum, the payment is recorded in the account and afterwards you can use the card.
➤ Did you block the card from BT Pay or by phone?
If you requested temporary blocking, the card cannot be used. To unblock, call the number on the back of the card – our colleagues will help you as soon as possible.
If none of the reasons above apply, please call the number on the back of the card and our colleagues from the Call Center will check the situation as soon as possible.
