Is the account statement free or do I have to pay?
It depends. If you ask for it from a BT unit, the monthly account statement is free. However, the daily one costs you 1 LEU. 🤷
You can request it for free but only from the application BT Visual Help:
➤⠀call the number 0264 308 000 and you access the link received by SMS;
➤⠀and then, from the main menu, select the option „Request extract”. 😉
