Is it mandatory to have the electronic signature or can I use the accountant's signature?

You have 2 options:

❶ An electronic signature can be purchased which you register for the company at ANAF; later you authorize FGO at SPV, following the connection guide from the account

❷⠀With the accountant's approval, you can use their already authorized signature in the SPV space, with which you currently also submit your periodic declarations.

The electronic signature connects only once to the SPV account registration in the FGO. Subsequently, we automatically renew this connection, eliminating the need for your intervention.
