Are the deposits made by other persons into the company accounts charged with a commission?

Deposits performed by persons with operating rights are not commissioned (by the legal representative, authorized person, delegate), however, deposits made by other persons into the RON account are commissioned at 0.3% of the deposited amount, minimum 4 RON. 🙂
