Why don't I see in BT Pay an amount of money that I collected yesterday on the Direct Card?

In BT Pay - Cards section - Transaction history you can see the transactions made with the card, but not the operations on the account (deposits)

To check account transactions, including account credits, access the monthly account statement or call the Call Center at number 📞 021 308 4000 and our colleagues will assist you as soon as possible.
