Why am I not receiving messages even though I have SMS Alert activated?

In this situation, you must first check your phone settings:

➤ if your phone has an activated SMS receiving rule, such as receiving SMS only from certain numbers, which are or are not in the contact list.

➤ your phone should not have enabled a rule that blocks received messages containing certain keywords, an option especially available on smartphones with newer operating systems (Android and iOS) and in certain messaging applications.

➤ you use the phone's default messaging application and you have no other messaging applications installed afterward (e.g.: Messenger).

➤ if you are roaming, we recommend that you choose another mobile phone network from the phone menu.

Attention: If the service is active on a corporate card or on a designated cardholder's card, you will only receive messages related to card transactions, not those for account funding.
