Why didn't I receive the BT Direct account statement by mail ?

The account statement starts from us on the issue date and is sent within a maximum of 5 days by mail. Unfortunately, we cannot verify the delivery date by mail. 😞

To avoid encountering such situations, we recommend sending the account statement by email. It is much easier to access and, also, being a free service, you no longer pay the 2.9 RON fee for sending the statement by mail. 🤩

For activating the account statement by e-mail, call the Call Center at 021 308 4000 and our colleagues will help you as soon as possible
