Why do I have interest on the BT Direct account statement if I have installments without interest?
Hmm 🙁... There are 2 situations in which you find interest on the account statement:
➤ Check if you have paid the full amount of last month's statement. If you have not paid in full, interest appears on the next account statement;
➤ If you took a cash amount from the ATM or made Quasi Cash type transactions, interest appears on the next account statement, because interest is charged from the first day after the transaction is made.
