Since when is an optional home insurance policy issued in BT Pay valid?

1. If the property is mortgaged in favor of BT:

a) If you do not have an active policy, the validity of the new policy begins the day after issuance.

b) If you already have an active policy that expires in less than 30 days, the new policy starts immediately after the existing one expires.

2. If the property is not mortgaged:
You can choose the start date of the policy as the day following the issuance, but no later than 30 days from the moment of accessing the flow.
