If my Direct card expires this month, will a new one be automatically issued to me?

The card is automatically renewed only if it was used in the last 12 months before the expiration date. 🤔
About a month before, a new card is generated which is sent to you by mail at the declared correspondence address. If you no longer live at the declared address, you can call us at the number 021.308.4000 and our colleagues will send you the data modification form to your e-mail address.
