If I issue invoices from BT Go only for individuals do I still need e-Invoice?

Yes. Starting January 1, 2025, all invoices issued to individuals in Romania will be transmitted through the e-Invoice system. These can be automatically sent to SPV through the FGO platform integrated in BT Go.
