If I took out the account statement for last month, can I request it again?
Of course! 😊 But it's good to know that the extract will be listed as duplicato against a cost:
➤⠀of 3 RON for individuals;
➤⠀and 15 RON for legal entities.
You can always request the statement also through BT Visual Help: 😉
➤⠀call the number 0264 308 000 and access the link received via SMS;
➤⠀and then, from the main menu, select the option „Request extract”.
