How do I know when the requested Direct Card is ready for me?
Your card is leaving us in 5 days 😊. Quite simple, isn't it?
You can receive it by courier if you requested the card replacement, or by mail if it is the initial card.
You will receive an SMS informing you that we have sent the card to you and also an SMS with a PIN code 🤓.
The card is sent to you inactive, so after you receive it and have the PIN by message, call 021.308.4000, press key 0 and key 1 for activation.
By the way, before the first use, after you have activated the card, do not forget to go to a BT ATM to check the balance and thus activate the contactless card usage option 🤓.
