How do you request money through BT Pay?
You can request money from someone who has BT Pay using only the phone number:
❶⠀You choose „Requires money ” and then you select from the phonebook the person from whom you want to ask for money;
❷⠀Enter the amount of money and the details of the request;
❸⠀You give your consent for the operation and the applied bank commission;
❹⠀You authorize the transaction by the phone unlocking method. 😎
Payer (also BT client)
Receive an SMS regarding the amount pending payment.
The SMS is sent to the phone number chosen by you. It contains a link that:
➤⠀If the payer in turn uses BT Pay (the application being installed on the phone), open the transfer operation in the application menu.
The user can see the transaction details directly on the dedicated screen;
➤⠀If the payer does not use the digital wallet (and therefore the application is not installed on the phone), the link received via SMS directs the user to Google Play, Huawei App Gallery or App Store, from where he can download the application.
Once the application is installed and the user registered/cards enrolled, the link will open the transfer operation and the payer will see the transaction details
The payer can:
➤⠀To accept the operation, in which case payment is made;
➤⠀Let the payment request expire;
➤⠀To refuse the payment request by adding the reason for refusal.
Beneficiary:
➤⠀As beneficiary and applicant of the operation, he/she will be notified by a notification of the payer's action;
➤⠀In case the payer does not successfully install their digital wallet or is not a BT client (who can enjoy and use the digital wallet), the operation cannot be performed, and the transfer request expires in 48 hours.
