How do I set the personal BT card transaction limits?
When it comes to limits, we like to keep you up to date.😊
We want it to be as easy as possible for you to know that you can set your trading limits directly from BT Pay.
You only have to follow the steps below:
➤⠀You enter the app and choose the card for which you want to set a certain limit;
➤⠀Go to "Card settings" in the bottom right of the app, and from the menu that will be displayed to you, choose "Card limits".
Arrived here, you have the categories “Number of transactions”, “Cash withdrawals from ATM” “Card payments in stores” – which refer exactly to payments made to merchants, “Online payments with CVV” and “Online payments without CVV”;
➤⠀You choose the desired limits, set the period, and then press the "Save" button found at the bottom of the screen
And that's all, now the limits are set.😎
❗ Trading limits set through BT Pay affect both physical cards and cards registered in the app.
In addition, BT Pay allows you to temporarily or permanently block / unblock cards.
Access to these settings is allowed only by entering the code received via SMS on the phone number registered in the bank's records.
You will be able to set, for each card individually, daily limits, up to a maximum value established by the bank per card type, for a user-defined period, but not exceeding 90 days.
