How do I withdraw cash from the ATM with BT Pay?

Let's say you don't have contactless ATMs and you don't have your card with you, but you urgently need cash. Well, BT Pay has the solution: 💰

Enter the app and tap on "More" -> Withdraw cash.
Choose the amount you want to withdraw from the ATM. It must be greater than 10 lei and less than 500 lei. You can generate up to 3 codes per day per card. Tap "Generate and send the code".
Before you continue, see what commission is charged for withdrawing the money.
The code has been sent successfully. You now have all the necessary information and one hour at your disposal to get to the ATM. 😊
Find the message ”Cash without card” on the ATM screen, write the code and the amount. That’s it. 😎

❗ If you do not use the generated code within 60 minutes, the money will be returned to your account.
