How do I proceed to receive the child's allowance in my account?

To receive the child allowance in account that you have with us, you need an account statement and there it is displayed IBAN-of the current account.
This one you can obtain through the following channels:
❶⠀From BT Visual Help;
❷⠀Go anywhere BT unit
With this document, you still need to go to „General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection” to submit a request to transfer the allowance to the specified account. And that's all! 😉
