How can I renew my Direct Card before it expires?

You can reissue your card like this:

➤ You request its reissue by calling the Call Center;
➤ You request its reissue by sending an email to: contact@btdirect.ro, and our colleagues will call you as soon as possible;
➤ If you are the account holder, you can block the card permanently yourself from BT Pay.
