How can I make a payment in BT Pay?

Very simple with a few clicks. 😊

You have 2 options:

1. From the Cards menu, choose the "Transfer" option. then select "Send", choose the recipient from the phone book or enter the phone number manually, enter the amount and details, and confirm the transfer using the PIN set in the app or biometrics.

2. You access the Accounts menu, - select "New Payment" - choose to whom you want to transfer the money from the list of saved beneficiaries or enter the IBAN and Beneficiary Name, enter the amount and payment details and confirm the transfer using the PIN set in the app or with biometrics.
