How can I cancel a transaction?

In case you have made a payment and want to recover your money, you need to initiate a payment refusal.

You can dispute a transaction through BT Visual Help following the steps below:

❶⠀You call the phone number 0264 308 000 and access the link received via SMS;

❷⠀You access the option Dispute transactions and the stages indicated for completion.

This request can also be made either in the call center, at the phone numbers 0264 308 028* or *8028*, sia in qualsiasi modo BT unit. 🙂
