How do I modify the trading limits of the business card?

You have the possibility to modify transaction limits for POS transactions, or internet transactions, respecting the maximum limits set by the bank.

Here is how you can modify these limits for free:

Through the platform BT24 Internet Banking:

➭ you log into the account and choose the option "Cards" from the menu at the top of the screen;

➭ you opt for the option "Card view";

➭ select the card for which you want to change the limits by pressing the symbol 👁‍🗨;

➭ activate limit modification by pressing the 🔧 symbol next to the transaction type.

Through the application BT24 Mobile Banking:

➭ access the option „Finance” from the bottom of the screen;

➭ select„Cards” from the newly opened menu;

➭ select the card for which you wish to modify the transaction limits;

➭ press on „See also edit Limits”.

Through the application NeoBT Mobile Banking:

From the main page, select the desired card and access „Details”. Nella parte inferiore dello schermo troverai l'opzione „Change card limits”. From here you can set new limits.

Select the date until which you want the change to be active and sign the operation.

Through the platform NeoBT Internet Banking:

From Dashboard, in the section "Cards”, choose the option „Change the limits”.
