How do I enroll a BT Direct card in the BT Pay app?
For registration in BT Pay, you must install the application on the phone number declared at the beginning of the contractual relationship (a number on which you will receive an OTP code for validation), go through an identification process where we will ask you to photograph your identity card and register using the phone's camera.
After you have gone through the application installation flow, you can add the BT Direct card by following these steps:
- Go to the top section "Add card" (the "+" symbol).
- Select "Add a BT card"
- Enter the requested data manually
- Choose the option "Send SMS" and wait for the code from the message to be filled in automatically.
❗ Remember: The BT cards you already have in BT Pay or those you are about to add will be automatically enrolled in 3D Secure and will allow the functionality of authenticating online payments directly from the app.
