How can I deactivate my SMS Alert service?

❶⠀by BT24 Internet Banking

➭⠀access the web application and go to the section „My cards”;

➭⠀and then, chooses „Allarme SMS”.

❷⠀by BT 24 Mobile Banking

➭⠀access the mobile application and select the option „Finance” (located at the bottom of the application);

➭⠀then access the category „My cards” și choose the card for which you want to deactivate the option;

➭⠀and finally, select the option „Disable SMS Alert”.
