What do I have to do to activate the Direct card?
You can activate your card Direct in a few simple steps :
❶⠀Call the number on the back of the card, press key 0 and key 1, and in 30 minutes the card will be activated. 🤓
❷⠀After you have activated the card in the Interactive Menu, go to any BT ATM 🏧, check your balance and activate the card's contactless function
❸⠀If you are in the store shopping it is not necessary to look for a BT ATM, you can make purchases by inserting the card into the POS and manually entering the PIN code received via SMS.
❹⠀Do you want a preferred PIN code? No problem, go to any BT ATM, select "Change PIN" from the screen, and then you can enter the preferred code. Easy, right? 😅
PS: After activation, you can use the new card also in digital format, in the free BT Pay app. 😎
