What happens if I want to change the initial expense plan in Start-Up Nation?

The approved expense plan cannot be modified (categories of expenses cannot be added or removed). However, it is allowed to change the technical characteristics of the equipment or machinery, only if:

• the new devices are more performant,
• the same name from the approved expense plan is maintained,
• at least the operations and functionalities of the original equipment are maintained.

In short, you can upgrade, but you cannot change the type of investment undertaken through the project.
