What happens if I have a garnishment and receive my salary through the bank?

⠀dif you have a single garnishment and receive your salary through the bank – whichever it may be – the bank is obliged to withhold one third of the net monthly salary;

⠀dif there are multiple garnishments, the bank is obliged to withhold half of the monthly net salary value received.

The difference can be used after unlocking the due amount (find out how), in other words, you have access to it through applications, cards, or if you come to the bank. After unlocking the due amount, you can do whatever you want – payments, cash withdrawals, etc. 🙂

If your employer already withholds one third or half of the salary, you can request the full unblocking of the salary, but you must bring us a document certifying the withholding made by the employer or request the executor to issue and communicate to the bank the salary stop order.
