How can I use the money if I have a garnishment on my account?

If the amount collected in the account is exempt from garnishment payment, you can simply request its unblocking by BT Visual Help:

call the number 0264 308 000;

you access the link received via SMS and, from the main menu, select the "Garnishments" section;

select the garnishment and request the unblocking of the amount;
