What should I do if my Star card expires?

If you have used the Star card in the last 6 months, we automatically renew it and inform you by SMS when you can pick up the new card from the unit where you originally opened your account or you can request home delivery of the new card by courier, for a fee. Until you pick up the new card, you can use it directly from the BT Pay app.

If you have not used it in the last 6 months, it is necessary to come to the unit and request a new one.
