What obligations do I have after the Start-Up Nation project ends?

After you receive the Non-Refundable Financial Aid, the project enters a monitoring period of 3 years, during which you must comply with several important obligations, provided in the funding contract:

not to sell and not to change the destination of the goods purchased through the program and to keep them in working condition;
to maintain the minimum number of jobs committed through the project;
do not alienate social parts or shares of the company in a percentage greater than 49%.
