What are the ways I have to check the balance?
We offer you several options. Choose the one that suits your situation:
❶⠀Through the payment application BT Pay:
➭ open the application and, under your cards, you will have the button „Show the balance”.
❷⠀By BT Visual Help:
➭ call the number 0264 308 000 from the phone number declared to the bank, you access the link received via SMS;
➭ then, from the main menu, select the option „Accounts and transactions”.
❸⠀Through the platform BT24 Internet Banking:
➭ log in with your data and then select the option „Quick view” to see the balance.
❹⠀Through the application BT24 Mobile Banking:
➭ log in with the password / fingerprint, and the balance will appear on the home screen.
❺⠀Through the service Allarme SMS: which automatically sends you an SMS with the account balance after each transaction made with the card, as well as after each receipt.
❻⠀Querying the balance at one of the our ATMs.
❼⠀Going to any of our units with the identity card and requesting an account statement.
