What do I do if I lost my Direct card?
❗If you lost your Direct card or it was stolen, block it immediately. You can do this as follows :
❶⠀Fast, direct from BT Pay
➭ you choose the card that was stolen from you, you select it by touching it;
➭ go to the "Settings" menu that will appear on the right side of the screen in the form ⚙
➭ choose "Card lock", and then select "Permanently block this card"
❷⠀Call number 021.308.4000 to allow immediate activation of security procedures that prevent further use of the card.
