What is the SMS Alert service?

SMS Alert is the SMS notification service through which you are informed about the deposits you have in your account, how much money you have left after each payment made with the card, as well as the payment details.

If the service is active on a cardholder's card or on a legal entity's card, you only receive SMS messages related to card transactions, not the SMS messages regarding deposits into the account.

➤ SMS messages regarding card transactions are sent 24/7, while SMS messages related to account deposits are sent only between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
➤ If the service is active on a card of the holder or on a corporate card, you only receive SMS messages regarding card transactions, not the SMS messages about account deposits.
➤ SMS messages regarding card transactions are sent 24/7, while SMS messages related to account deposits are sent only between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (excluding Sundays and legal holidays).
