What is the Mastercard ID Check service?

To be able to authorize online payments securely, card data protection is necessary. That is exactly what the Mastercard ID Check service does, which protects your card by:

confirmation of online payments from the application BT Pay with fingerprint, FaceID, or the phone unlocking method. With each online payment, you instantly receive a notification on your phone and confirm the transaction using the phone unlocking method
the introduction of two passwords: a dynamic password, received by SMS, on the declared phone number and one more unique password, defined by you when making the online payment. The unique password needs to be changed every 90 days.
