In case I receive income from the country/ abroad without an existing agreement, who is responsible for transmitting the new IBAN to the institution making the transfer?

In situations where clients receive income from other institutions with which there is no concluded agreement, they must individually communicate the new IBAN code to the institution that makes the transfers to them.
