What are the necessary documents for accessing a quick credit line with guarantees for my business?

Only a few documents are needed. These are:

➤⠀copy after the last two financial statements (semiannual, annual);

➤⠀the legal-constitutive approval regarding the contracting of the credit and the persons authorized to represent the company;

➤⠀documents regarding the proposed real guarantees (property deeds and those regarding the legal status of the assets of an immovable nature proposed as collateral for the requested loan; evaluation/re-evaluation report, contracts, etc.).

The latter only if the credit is secured with real guarantees. 😊
