Does the card renew automatically? Where can I pick it up?

Upon expiration, the card is automatically renewed only if it has been used in the last 12 months.

You can request:

• delivery of the card at home, by courier;
• lifting from any BT unit, directly from the BT Pay application.

The new card can be collected:

• from the chosen BT unit in the application; or
• from the BT unit you attend most often, after receiving the SMS.

The card is kept in the unit for 3 months.

If you have BT Pay, you will see the new card issued in the app right from the beginning of the month in which it expires ⏳.
All you have to do is click the "Add card" button at the top right and follow the steps.

After adding, you will also have access to the data necessary for online payments:

• card number;
• CVV code;
• expiration date.

❗ Important: The card can be used until the last day of the month in which the expiration date is valid (month/year format).
