When do I receive a message for the SMS Alert service?

Service SMS Alert informs you 24/7 regarding the transactions made with the card, namely:

  • When you make card payments at POS, domestically and abroad
  • When you make online card payments, domestically and abroad
  • When you withdraw money from the ATM, in the country and abroad
  • When you pay the bills at a BT ATM
  • When a card is blocked/unblocked with the help of our colleagues from the call center
  • When you receive the money in the account

Messages regarding account receipts are sent between 08:00 and 20:00 (Monday-Saturday, except Sunday and legal holidays), and for receipts received outside this period, notifications will be sent on the next working day.

If the service is active on a cardholder's or legal entity's card, you will receive SMS messages only regarding transactions made with the card.
