I made purchases with the Direct Card but they do not appear in installments. Why?

If your purchases do not appear as installments in the current statement, they may appear on the next statement if you have requested installment splitting through Installments Anywhere.
In case you made purchases in installments at the POS in the store and they do not appear on the statement, ask the colleagues from the Call Center.

BT Direct cards have 2 options for installment purchases:

❶ In partner stores 🛒, directly at the checkout, you request the installment payment for the purchase in the number of installments agreed with that merchant
❷ Through our Anywhere Installments program 🤩 you can turn any purchase over 500 lei into installments.

How exactly does the Rate Oriunde program work? Simple and easy 😊:
➤ You buy for at least 500 lei;
➤ After the transaction settlement, we send you an SMS informing you that you can split the paid amount into 3 Installments without Interest or into 4–36 Easy Installments, with only 1% interest per month;
➤ You respond to the SMS within 3 days from when you receive it with the preferred number of installments;
➤ You receive an SMS informing you that we have received your request and are working on resolving it;
➤ We send you one last message with the rate value;
➤ On the following statement you will see the cancellation of the transaction with full payment and the first installment from the purchase made.
