Can the Omnipass student ID be issued for other people as well, or do they have to be present?

The ID is nominal.

A photo will be taken when the ID card is issued, so the person concerned must be present. Also, the person can request the Omnipass ID card online, by accessing member.omnipass.ro. 😉
