Are limit ceilings applied in the case of cash withdrawals for the payment of travel expenses in the interest of service?
Ceiling limits do not apply to the payment of travel expenses incurred in the line of duty, within the limits of the amounts due for the payment of transportation, per diem, allowance, and accommodation during travel, as well as unforeseen expenses incurred in this regard.
For foreign currency withdrawals, for amounts greater than 10,000 euros an estimated statement will be requested, and for amounts less than 10,000 euros the nature of the transaction and certain travel expenses will be mentioned on the cash withdrawal receipt. 🙂
