Can I open a savings account at BT if I am not a Romanian citizen?

Yes! And in this case, to open a savings account for natural persons with us, the necessary documents are:

➤⠀passport;

➤⠀and the certificate of tax residence (this being a document confirming the payment of taxes and duties, issued by „Financial Administration” from the country of residence).

❗⠀It is also good to know that: the account opening is done in person and your physical presence is required in one of the BT units.
