Can I pay the salary rights from the account seized by ANAF?

You can request the unblocking of the necessary amount for payment of salary rights, based on the supporting documents, until the date on which the bank transmits to ANAF the information regarding the amounts that can be transferred for garnishment.

If you are a legal entity, you have the possibility to request the unblocking of the amount needed for payment:

➤ On the day of collection of the amount, in case you have an active garnishment at the time of collection;

➤ Until 2:00 PM on the next banking day, from the moment the garnishment was instituted.
