Can I obtain a copy of a payment order made some time ago?

Of course! You can find copy simply and quickly payment orderdirect from you at home. 😊

For this, the application BT24 Internet Banking comes to your aid. 😉


After logging in, access from the first menu (My accounts”), section Transaction search. Here you can view the history of transactions made on your account over a predefined period, in 3 simple steps:

⠀Select the account number for which you want to view the account movements;

⠀Filter the account history so that it generates a specific time period. You do this by entering the specific time data in the fields From and Until;


Selection can be made:

⠀both manually by actually typing the digits;

⠀both by choosing the dates by accessing the button Calendario.


The transaction history can be viewed for up to 120 days back.

Another filter through which the displayed period of an account's history can be limited is the field „Sum. An exact amount or an amount between two values can be entered.

⠀After you have entered the search parameters, press the button Search.

At the moment you have found the exact transaction, press the button Download" and the information on the screen will be transferred into a document with printing operations. And that's all! 😃

 ❗It is good to know that and the account statement is proof of payment. So, if it is easier for you, you can find the account statements online in the BT24 Internet Banking app by accessing the button of View.

 ❗If it seems complicated , to know that another option is to come to any of the BT units, and we will help you in the blink of an eye payment order.
