Can I open an online account at BT?

If you are not a BT customer, you just need to download download BT Pay and tell us something about yourself. Everything is done 100% online, directly from the phone... and there is no need for a videocall.

If you are a BT client, you can open a new account from BT Pay, the Accounts section, by accessing the "+" icon at the top right and then "Open new account".
