Can I change the login ID in BT Pay Web?
Do you want to personalize your login in BT Pay Web? Here's how you can change your ID:
1. Enter "My Profile" (the button at the bottom left), then go to "Profile Settings" and select "Login ID".
2. Enter the new ID – it can be your name or a nickname you like.
3. Press "Next", and on the confirmation page select "Proceed".
4. Check the phone and enter the authorization code (make sure the first two displayed digits match those in the notification).
5. Done! From now on you can log in using the new ID or the one received when activating the service.
