Can I get a green loan from BT?

Green loans have an increasingly significant share of the total real estate loans granted by BT and they will most likely be the "new standard" given the European directives on the residential construction segment within the Green Deal that aims for the EU area to be climate neutral by 2050 in terms of greenhouse gas emissions.

The conditions for granting these loans are more advantageous than the standard ones, considering the reduced interest margin and zero analysis and evaluation fees.

BT was the first bank in Romania to grant such loans, starting from the autumn of 2017, based on a partnership with EBRD. 💚
