Can I choose from which bank a garnishment ordered by ANAF is paid?

Only ANAF can order banks to transfer the amounts after analyzing the received information.

If you still want to make the payment of the garnishment from the accounts opened at BT, you can do this only before the communication to ANAF of the amounts that can be transferred. The payment of the garnishment can be made at your written request or by direct application in Call Center.

❗ In this case, there is still the risk that ANAF will simultaneously send the payment order to another bank and thus the payments will be duplicated.
