Until when can I use my OTP card?

Cards issued by OTP Bank will be usable until March 1, 2025, 9:30 PM. Starting March 2, 2025, 7:00 AM, you will be able to use cards issued by BT.

It is good to know that in the period March 1-2, 2025, OTP Bank and BT cards will operate intermittently due to data migration from OTP Bank to BT. We strive to minimize the impact.

In addition, if you need:

  • Issuance / Re-issuance card - until 25 February, 17:00
  • Change of trading limit - until February 28, 9:00 PM, via OTP Call Center
  • Taking over payment refusals - until February 28, 9:00 PM, through OTP Call Center
  • Reissue PIN - until February 28, 9:00 PM, via OTP Call Center
  • Card Block/Unblock until - March 1, 11:00 PM, via Card Helpdesk
