A company can refinance a loan granted to a shareholder or its administrator as an individual? But inversely?

A company cannot refinance the granted loans of the shareholders or associates his natural persons. 😕

But the shareholders or administrators of a company can refinance in their personal capacity a credito granted to the company it represents. 🙂
